Price Match Policy
At Proven Projectors, our goal is to offer the most competitive pricing on professional projector solutions. If you find a lower advertised retail price online from an authorized competitor, we will match it.
To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must apply:
- Same manufacturer and model number
- New product in identical condition
- Competitor must have the item in stock and available for purchase
- Competitor must be based in the United States
- Competitor must be an authorized dealer for the brand
- Price must be publicly advertised and verifiable

The Fine Print
Price match requests are reviewed and approved at the discretion of Proven Projectors. All competitor pricing must be verifiable and meet the eligibility requirements listed above. Price match offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special pricing programs unless otherwise approved.
Exclusions may apply, including but not limited to clearance items, refurbished products, unauthorized resellers, marketplace listings, and third-party sellers.
Sales and Price Adjustments
Promotional pricing and sales are time-sensitive and subject to change. Price matches must meet all standard eligibility requirements at the time of request.
Pricing Errors
While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. Proven Projectors reserves the right to cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing and will notify customers promptly if this occurs.
